OFF THE PRESS FOR DAILY EXPRESS
We transformed this landmark iconic Grade II listed building, previously home to the Daily Express, into a cutting edge modern commercial office space.
During the full design and build contact we completed complex structural works including new mezzanine floor and roof structure, redesign of entrance including installation of Sesame staircase, installation of new lift shafts and removal of concrete retaining walls to allow natural light to flood the lower ground floor.
We also completed a major conversion of the basement carpark into office accommodation and designed and installed a detailed signage package, both externally and internally.
Excellent team work and regular co-ordination meetings with the clients professional consultants resulted in phenomenal results.
