We refurbished this iconic, Grade II listed building under extremely tight timescales. It involved working with the designers to put their ideas into reality, while also finding cost-effective ways to achieve a fantastic look and feel. For the Hacienda-themed restaurant, for example, we bought retro speakers off eBay and designed a structure to integrate them with the sound system.
The results were rewarded with the Commercial Fit-Out / Refurbishment Project of the Year at the Insider North West Property Awards 2017.
