Complex installations for high impact

A dramatic living wall that soars up the central atrium forms the focus of this CAT A refurbishment. Another strong design feature that needed careful installation is the resin concrete effect throughout the reception and lift lobbies. 

To contribute to the scheme’s industrial feel, we spray painted the exposed concrete ceiling slabs. And to enhance the soffits’ concaves, we gave extensive consideration to the new lighting and mechanical layouts. We also fitted custom-made laminated timber cladding punctuated with LED lighting to reflect the building’s new branding.
