In this high spec office space the client liked the semi-industrial feel of the existing honeycomb ceiling. To incorporate this feature, and ensure everything looked aesthetically pleasing, we positioned the partitions and all ceiling services to run in line with the ceiling’s grid system.
This was the last fit-out in this shared building, so all the other floors were occupied. With a short timescale and tight budget this presented some obstacles. In particular, we needed to work around other tenants, which included restaurants as well as office-based businesses, and be mindful of noise and sensitive with logistics.
