Collaboration for clinical excellence
On this unusual project we worked with specialist overseas contractors who were fitting Medserena’s state-of-the-art upright MRI scanner. One of our key challenges was to ensure the correct construction for housing this rare and exceptionally heavy scanner. We also had to design and fit the mechanical and lighting systems to accommodate its height.
The first patients were already booked in and we faced a tight deadline to complete the entire fit-out in time for their consultations. To help achieve this, we coordinated very efficiently with the other contractors. And, as they weren’t UK-based, we took care of health and safety management for the whole site.
