Business-boosting restoration

At this fantastic listed building we sensitively refurbished the reception, staircase and upper two floors to prepare it for marketing to new tenants. 

To rejuvenate the once-dramatic reception area, we restored historic fittings while introducing new high quality finishes, and continued this approach throughout. Tenants were occupying the first and second floors during the project, but we carefully kept any inconvenience to an absolute minimum. 

Our work paid dividends for the client, as the building was soon fully occupied following our refurbishment.
 

The Albert Square projects

This is one of three projects that we ran in parallel for LJ Partnership in Manchester’s Albert Square. After stripping out each building, we moved on to CAT A works.
