An impeccable finish for a landmark building

We were asked to prepare the majestic Grade II listed Northern Assurance Building ready for CAT B tenants moving in. An exceptionally high standard of finish was needed to align with the building’s existing interiors, and we carried out detailed restoration work as well as fitting out the space. 

Some of the other challenges we overcame on this project included integrating services with no access ways and enclosing external plant decking in a restricted location. 
 

The Albert Square projects

This is one of three projects that we ran in parallel for LJ Partnership in Manchester’s Albert Square. After stripping out each building, we moved on to CAT A works.
