A streamlined operation
As well as completing this project within a short timescale, we also needed to stretch the budget and work around the offices’ occupants. To minimise costs and disruption for the client, we designed the scheme around a chilled beam system, which avoided the extensive cost of relocating it.
We also created a bespoke furniture package to marry with the building’s distinctive urban architecture.
