Overcoming challenges to hit a tight deadline
We were called in to work alongside the main contractor to complete this new build CAT B fit-out within an incredibly short timescale. The client was so pleased with our work they asked us to return and fit out phase 2.
The challenges not only included bringing to life a high spec design, with creative themes ranging from a voodoo room to an Indonesian spa – there were construction hurdles too. Including making extensive alterations to mechanical services while other floors remained in use, and installing a considerable amount of steelwork centrally to support the weight of a new data centre.
Our efforts were rewarded with the Mixology Award for Medium/Large Commercial Interior Project of the Year 2014.
