We took this building from an empty shell to a design-led contemporary workspace, and contributed to the aesthetic scheme as well as fitting out the interior. As the building was such a raw structure, we added soft finishes throughout to improve sound absorption.
On the ground floor, we installed a full catering facility with a challenging design brief, and worked closely with AO’s catering provider to get it exactly right. Because of the short timescale and a target New Year opening date, we escalated the project over the Christmas period. We also ensured good communication and coordination with the landlord’s contractors to hit the tight deadline.
